WONDER WORKS CONSTRUCTION

This highly popular 30,000 square foot hallmark corner, featured in dozens of hollywood films over the past century, was restored by Wonder Works in 2012 for owner Africa Israel, to prepare for occupancy by multiple luxury retailers.

Wonder Works was responsible for replacing the facade on this landmark structure, as well as sub-diving the interior space including multiple electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services, all tied in to the buildings existing, century old services.
