WONDER WORKS CONSTRUCTION

This 163-unit luxury condominium in the Financial District was a complete renovation and 2-story glass addition to the famous Aetna building constructed in 1939.

The successful project was completed in 18 months and completely sold out in under 24-months for developer Leviev Fulton Club, which includes Wonder Works president Joseph Klaynberg as a member.

The building features studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments with Italian finishes and appliances, as well as over 20,000 square feet of amenity spaces including pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, library, billiards room, screening room, and 12,000 square foot rooftop.
