With ten years of real estate and construction experience in various capacities, including Asset Management, Project Management, and Owner’s Representation, Michael has been part of the construction process for all major asset classes (Residential, Commercial, Hotel, and Retail). Michael’s enthusiasm for construction, coupled with his dedication and ability to focus on details has led him to becoming the Director of Operations for Wonder Works Construction in 2014. In this capacity, Michael works with the Principals to manage Wonder Works’ entire portfolio. He is also intimately involved with Client relations, contract negotiation and administration, Preconstruction, and overseeing the company’s entire staff.
Prior to filling this role, Michael was a Senior Project Manager/Owner’s Representative at Gardiner and Theobald Inc., where he focused on the renovation of two large and complex Hotel projects in Times Square.
Michael has earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University.
