WONDER WORKS CONSTRUCTION

The 16 story, white brick Croft Building was purchased by Yair Levy and Skyway Development for conversion to ultra-luxury condominiums in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District. Highly-acclaimed and prestigious designer Shamir Shah joined the team and conceived an interior design to sooth the soul for a project that called for a complete interior demolition, and construction of an additional floor to accommodate the two-story penthouse.

New mechanical, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, and HVAC systems were inaugurated throughout the building, and the interiors were built using the highest grade and most sought-after finishes, resulting 52 sold out modern loft apartments set amongst classic downtown structures and historical landmarks.
