WONDER WORKS CONSTRUCTION

A complete renovation, inside and out, restored utility and value to this 80,000 sq. ft. structure. The 30 year old building was in disrepair throughout, and required rehabilitation at the most basic levels; new mechanical systems, new windows, and extensive exterior work were a portion of our scope of work. The client, a developer, commissioned the architects to design custom installations for the building’s new tenants.
