DETAILS:
The construction on this existing landmark building consisted of a complete interior demolition, as well as the addition of 7 new floors to the top (including two-story bulkhead).
The result is 105 prestigious condominium apartments and 4 private penthouses, one of which accommodates its own pool.
The soldout building provides its residents the services-featured and high-maintenance living that Park Avenue is known for, and has become a staple of the Gramercy district.
