The developers, Girona Ventures, and Wonder Works, have renovated and added a fifth floor to the existing four-story townhouse at 357 West 17th Street, in southern Chelsea.
The transformation into a 12,000 square-foot private mansion includes adding a swimming pool, wine cellar, movie theater, spa, gym, glass elevator, three terraces, landscaped roof deck, full-floor master suite, plus four more bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a two-car garage.
