A one-of-a-kind development in East Village, the 8-story new building at 75 First Avenue, composed of 22 high-end condominium units, will exhibit a unique architectural design in which the building is cantilevered at the 3rd-story level, out over the roof of the adjacent building.
The alluring all-glass facade will feature ceiling-to-floor windows. On the interior, nearly everything will be Italian-made -- from the kitchens, wardrobes, and vanities, to the Italian wood floors.
