Chelsea Club is a ground up building which was built as part of the neighborhood’s housing and environmental boom in the early 2000’s.

42 ultra-luxury units were built in this design and architecturally acclaimed structure. Unique and custom kitchens, flooring, and finishes, as well as Italian stone counter-tops and wardrobe systems, were the basis for record breaking sales.

The building also offers plenty of amenities to its residents, including private parking, fitness center, 30 sq. ft. of storage for every unit, washer & dryer in every unit, a sleek  lounge, and a furnished common rooftop with stupendous views of the city.
