DETAILS:
The Clement Clarke project entailed converting a former factory for light manufacturing, which was built in 1911, into a condominium with 51 units and 5,000 sq. ft. of prime ground retail space.
Along with adding two stories to the top of the building, Wonder Works was responsible for planning and constructing a new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system, all run through the existing structure. The exterior façade was also restored and brought back to its original glory.
Finishes for the lavish apartments include Italian teak kitchens with white glass counters, 11’ ceilings, solid walnut flooring with wide 5” planks, oversized aluminum double-hung windows, Chios Brown marble bathrooms with stone sinks, 60” soaking tubs, and imported limestone bathroom floors and walls.
