WONDER WORKS CONSTRUCTION

Quentin Terrace is a ground-up creation of 32 residential apartments and 16,000 square feet of retail space in two new connected structures that were built around an existing corner structure.

The erected 5-story and 7-story buildings, which were completed in 2009, feature Italian kitchens with stone countertop and Bosch appliances, floor to ceilings windows, private parking, and balconies for most apartments.
