From WW Spectra Corp., a vision appears. A vision to take the forgotten building at 101 Pearl Street with its empty offices, and transform it into something spectacular.
The work on this downtown Hartford building -- located next to the XL Center and Bushnell Park -- will include a full environmental remediation, and a complete gut renovation of all 113,315 square feet of the existing building.
The final result? Simply extraordinary: a total of 157 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom luxury rental units, individual private tenant storage, a bike room, and a rooftop lounge. Not to mention a multitude of amenities shared with its sister building, Spectra Pearl II, including: 310 private parking spaces, a health and fitness center, a bocce court, movie theater, library, business center, and a billiard room.
