Spectra Pearl II at 111 Pearl Street, like its sister building Spectra Pearl I at 101 Pearl Street, underwent a full gut renovation.
The goal? To convert the 86,160 square feet of empty offices of this landmark 7-story building into rental apartments. The ground floor’s 8,800 square feet was turned into retail space.
And as the insides were transformed, the original 1950’s façade of this historic building was restored, but preserved.
The transformation of this landmark building at 111 Pearl Street yielded an astounding 101 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom luxury rental units.
The developers saw an opportunity to create a luxury experience and provide every amenity a tenant would ever need. Whether they live at Spectra Pearl II or its sister building Spectra Pearl I, tenants have access to: private tenant storage, a bike room, health and fitness center, bocce court, library, business center, billiard room, and even a movie theater.
And when you essentially have your whole neighborhood in a building, the question is: would you ever even have to leave?
