WONDER WORKS CONSTRUCTION

Spectra Park at 100 Trumbull Street is the newest development in the Spectra series by Wonder Works. Standing in the heart of Downtown Hartford, the building offers tenants unrivaled views of the city and Trumbull Park across the street.

 

The first phase of the project has been completed, with a completely reimagined lobby and amenity spaces. This finished upgrade only starts to scratch the surface.

 

The next step cannot be described as a restoration, but rather a complete and utter reawakening of the building's soul -- its residences. All of the units are undergoing a total transformation to match the contemporary style and needs of the residents.

This includes a sleek, idyllic Italian kitchen, modern luxury appliances, and custom masterfully-crafted wood floors, just to name a few. On top of this, the building will feature an additional sixteen new units.
