DETAILS:
The Village Terrace project was the creation of a brand new, ground-up 7-story residential condomnium building consisting of 42-units, including 4 duplex townhomes with private entrances.
Drawn to the up-and-coming Gravesend area of Brooklyn, buyers were treated with floor-to-ceiling windows, solid oak floors, Italian kitchens, high-end Bosch appliances, and balconies for most units.
